Reception Ministry

This ministry deals with welcoming and ensuring that the Church attendees are comfortably seated and in a conducive environment. We are subdivided into Hospitality and Ushering. In Hospitality, we deal with the welfare of the pastors, preachers of the day, and members while in Ushering we do the welcoming.

We seek to

Coming from the understanding that we are the eyes of the Church, we seek to;

• Ensure that the church is well prepared in readiness for the service.
• Welcome members for the service and show them where to sit
• Offer hospitality to our pastors and invited speakers
• Ensure security and order during the service.
• Handle the information desk
• Attending to any need or emergency that may arise.
• Welcome first-time visitors and introduce them to the Church elder or deacon

We not only engage in the above, but we also have activities that bring us together and enhance cohesiveness such as

Training where we get equipped to serve better
Retreats and cookouts where we relax, bond, learn from and know each other better.
