About Maureen

I was born in Kenya to a poor family. My parents could not afford the school tuition for me and my siblings. However, through my strong will, perseverance, and the great support of other people, I was able to graduate from school with good grades. Nearly 20 years ago, I moved to Germany and completed a highly regarded vocational training program.

My life in Africa and Germany has been marked by significant hardships and deprivations. If you wish, I am more than happy to share more about my story in a personal one-on-one meet-up.

Today, I love my life, my husband, my children, my environment, and my work. I am proud of what I have achieved in both my private and professional endeavors.

Professionally, I am an Agile Lead/Coach and Business Trainer. I help leaders and teams navigate transformation and adapt to new ways of working by finding appropriate methods to solve problems and embrace change. In addition to my main job, I am a Dipl. Value-Oriented Systemic Coach and Consultant. In this role, I serve as a life and purpose coach, assisting individuals from students to managers in realizing their full potential and achieving the life they deserve.

Moreover, I am a member of the works council and a Delegate of the Supervisory Board. I am also committed to helping my fellow women from Kenya living in Germany as a Mental Health Awareness Advisor.

Beyond my professional roles, I am actively involved in community service and mentorship, which allows me to give back to the community and support others in their journeys. My story is one of resilience and hope, and I am excited about what the future holds.

I have only been able to walk this path because of my clear goals, my confidence, and my courage. I continue to set new goals and strive for excellence in all areas of my life.
