The main purpose of the customer care department is to enhance customer satisfaction. The department works in collaboration with the others to ensure that all our internal and external clients receive the best quality care. Quality health care is the main focus of all the services at Nazareth Hospital.
The unit has experienced and trained staff in handling clients, directing them, and handling any complaint or complement that they may be having.
